At Kitworth, we value transparency and aim to provide high-quality service to every client. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

1. Non-Delivery of Service:

If the service has not been started or delivered within 7 business days of the scheduled start date, and no valid reason has been provided.

A full refund will be issued in this case.

 

2. Duplicate Payment:

If you accidentally made a double payment for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

 

❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Custom design or development work after delivery.

Services where significant time or effort has already been invested.

Change of mind or dissatisfaction after work has begun.

All refund requests must be sent via email within 3 days of the issue or delivery date.
